Volume varies by region and quality tier. New broker partners typically start at 50–150 leads/month and scale based on absorption. We never push more leads than your team can call within 24 hours.
Homeowners self-report system status (working / failing / down) and timeline at intake. Repair leads with confirmed ASAP urgency get tagged for warm-transfer.
Bad-data returns (wrong number, no contact ever made, fake identity) are credited within 7 days of delivery. We do not credit leads who simply chose another vendor — that's normal sales attrition.
Real-time webhook to your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, custom), or daily CSV digest. Average lead-to-CRM latency is under 30 seconds.
